IBPS RRB Exam Interview Details

For the post of Assistant Manager, the final stage of the selection process is an interview. The interview is conducted for a total of 25 marks, and the candidates are evaluated on their communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 40% for General category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates.

The final selection is made based on the candidate’s performance in the Mains and Interview, with a weightage of 75% and 25% respectively.

For the post of Development Assistant, there is no interview stage. The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the Mains examination only, with a weightage of 100%.

Selection Process
