What is NABARD Exam?

IBPS RRB Exam Interview Details
For the post of Assistant Manager, the final stage of the selection process is an interview. The interview is conducted for a total of 25 marks, and the candidates are evaluated on their communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 40% for General category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates.
The final selection is made based on the candidate’s performance in the Mains and Interview, with a weightage of 75% and 25% respectively.
For the post of Development Assistant, there is no interview stage. The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the Mains examination only, with a weightage of 100%.
Selection Process
The NABARD selection process for the post of Assistant Manager generally consists of three stages – Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. For the post of Development Assistant, it consists of two stages – Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. Candidates who qualify in each stage of the selection process will move on to the next stage until the final selection is made based on their performance in the Mains and Interview (in case of Assistant Manager) or Mains (in case of Development Assistant).
