Selection Process for SNAP Entrance

Stage Description
SNAP Exam
Candidates are required to appear for the SNAP entrance exam.
Group Exercise (GE)
Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in a Group Exercise (GE). In this stage, candidates are divided into groups and given a case study to analyze and discuss within a given time frame. The group is evaluated on their communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
Writing Ability Test (WAT)
Candidates who clear the GE stage are then required to take a Writing Ability Test (WAT), in which they are given a topic to write an essay on. The essay is evaluated on the candidate's ability to articulate their thoughts, language skills, and coherence of ideas.
Personal Interview (PI)
Candidates who clear the GE and WAT stages are then called for a Personal Interview (PI). In the PI, the candidate is evaluated on their communication skills, knowledge of current affairs, general knowledge, academic background, work experience, and overall personality.
Final Merit List
Based on the candidate's performance in the SNAP exam, GE, WAT, and PI, the institutes prepare a final merit list.
