Our pricing is based on the type, duration, and depth of the course or service chosen by the student. Different courses may have different fee structures depending on the subject, faculty, learning mode (online/offline/hybrid), and support level provided.

Typically, our service pricing ranges from ₹500 to ₹13,000 depending on the offering.

2. Schedule of Payment

Most of our courses come with a fixed schedule and limited validity period, ranging from 1 month to 12 months. The payment is usually collected at the time of enrolment through secure online payment methods.

Students enrolling for longer-term or premium programs may be offered structured payment plans, based on eligibility and approval by The Prayas India.

3. Price Matching Policy

The Prayas India strives to provide the best possible value to its students. We may consider matching the price of a similar offering by a credible and comparable educational institute, subject to certain conditions:

• The course must be identical in content, duration, and features.
• The comparison must be with a legitimate institute recognized in the same domain.
• We do not match pricing against limited-time discount coupons, auction or outlet platforms, or promotional bundle offers by third-party websites.

4. Sale Adjustments

If a course purchased by a student is offered at a lower price within two weeks of purchase, we may offer a one-time price adjustment. This is applicable only on request and subject to the following:

• Sale adjustments can be claimed within 14 days of the original transaction.
• Only one price adjustment is allowed per item.
• Courses already purchased during a sale or bundled with other discounts are excluded.

5. Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. If a course is listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases:

• We will notify the user of the error.
• The user may be given an option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the enrollment.
• Any amount deducted will be refunded if the user does not wish to continue.

6. Currency of Display

All prices listed on our website and course brochures are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.

7. Discounts and Offers

The Prayas India may offer promotional pricing, limited-time discounts, scholarship-based waivers, or bundle pricing on selected programs. All such offers:

• Are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
• Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or adjusted post-purchase.
• Are valid only for the stated time and audience.

8. Refund and Cancellation
