Termination of employment
8.1 The employee cannot terminate the service in probation period. If in case, then the employee needs to pay one months’ current salary (in hand amount) to employer.
8.2_ For probation period, the employer may terminate your employment at any time without providing notice and after completion of probation period by providing you with notice prior one month in writing.
8.3_ The employee can also terminate the service by providing the notice of one month after completing the probationary period.
