The interview stage, officially known as the “UPSC Personality Test,” is the final hurdle to overcome in order to pass the UPSC CSE. Through the interview, a competent panel of distinguished persons known as the UPSC board assesses the candidate’s qualities and readiness for a position in challenging public services.

The UPSC 2022 personality test dates are not yet known. Only those candidates who pass the main examination will be invited to the UPSC 2022 interview. Typically, the number of individuals who take the personality test is double the number of positions allocated for that year.
