Age Limit (as on 1st July 2025)

  • Minimum Age: 20 years

  • Maximum Age: 28 years
    (Candidates must be born between 2nd July 1997 and 1st July 2005, both inclusive)

Educational Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline) from a recognized university.

  • The starting basic pay for IBPS Clerk is ₹24,050, and the salary progresses as per the structured increments mentioned above.
  • In addition to the basic pay, the Clerk (CSA) is eligible for various allowances and perquisites including:
    • Dearness Allowance (DA)
    • House Rent Allowance (HRA)
    • Special Allowance
    • Transport Allowance
    • Medical and Pension benefits (as per the rules of the participating bank)
  • The gross monthly salary (including allowances) typically ranges between ₹29,000 – ₹32,000, depending on the posting location and bank policies.
