CMAT Exam 2024: Registration (Started), Exam Date, Eligibility
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CMAT exam in May 2024, with registration opening from March 29, 2024. The official notification was released on the same day, marking the beginning of the registration process. Candidates must create a login on the CMAT-NTA website to register for the exam.

What is the CMAT (Common Management Admission Test)?
CMAT, or the Common Management Admission Test, is a standardized business aptitude exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Initially administered by AICTE, CMAT now serves as a prominent gateway for admission into MBA/PGDM programs across India. Following CAT and XAT, CMAT ranks as the third most sought-after MBA entrance exam. Annually, approximately 70,000 candidates take the CMAT. With recognition from about 1,300 B-schools nationwide, including prestigious institutions like Great Lakes Institute of Management, JBIMS, and K J Somaiya Mumbai, CMAT holds significant relevance. The CMAT question paper comprises 100 questions covering various domains such as Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a difficulty level ranging from easy to moderate.

CMAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria for CMAT 2024 remains consistent with other MBA entrance exams, requiring candidates to have completed their graduation. Aspirants must fulfill the following academic prerequisites:
- The aspirant must have completed graduation or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- Final year graduation students are also eligible to apply for CMAT 2024.
- Graduation degree can be in any mode of education and in any course stream.
- There is no minimum score percentage criteria in graduation for CMAT exam. Only passing marks is required.
- There is no upper age limit for CMAT. Freshers as well as working professionals can appear for CMAT.
