NDA Exam Pattern 2022 for Written Exam:
- Written exam is divided into two parts- GAT and Mathematics.
- Each question is a multiple-choice question type i.e. MCQs.
- The number of questions is 150 and 120 for GAT and Math respectively.
- Both Math and General Ability Test (GAT) is for 2 and a half hours each. Therefore, the total duration of the exam is 5 hours.
- The GAT section will be for 600 marks while the Mathematics section will carry 300 marks.
- The GAT section is divided into two parts. Part A and Part B comprise English and General Knowledge respectively.

Marking Scheme for NDA written exam
The scoring system of NDA is formed by UPSC. There are negative marks for incorrect answers, 1/3 of the marks allocated to every question are deducted for the inaccurate answer. there’s no reduction in marks for unanswered questions. The marking scheme of NDA is given below.

NDA Exam Pattern 2022 for SSB Interview
The SSB Interview is split into two stages. Candidates qualifying the Stage 1 are mixed up with the Stage 2 exam. Stage 1 of the SSB Interview comprises Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and movie Perception and outline Test (PP&DT). According to the NDA exam model, this segment carries a complete of 120 questions. the full marks assigned to the present section of the NDA exam are 300. For the right answer, 2.5 marks are awarded.
